Synopsis ---> "Happy Go Lucky" seeks to tackle the issue of gambling in a light-hearted yet touching manner. Hardcore gambler, Hock Lee Poh (Richard Low) is an ardent believer of Feng Shui, but is always down on his luck. His eldest daughter Donna (Patricia Mok), though petty and calculative, spends all her time and money on lavish nightlife and hunky social escorts - till she loses everything in the end. Fu Xin (Fann Wong), Poh's illegitimate second daughter is born at an extremely inauspicious hour and thus labeled as the "jinx" of the family. However, Fu Xin actually is a surreptitious 'Lucky Star' who always manages to turn unfavourable conditions into favourable ones. Fu Xin sacrifices a lot for the family. And in a twist of fate and luck, she unexpectedly helps Poh to win a hefty sum of money. Meanwhile, Poh and Donna find themselves stranded along the streets of Cambodia in a failed attempt to recoup their losses at the gambling tables.

Went to watch this movie on Sunday with my family for family day outing

and for me to release exam tension .

Overall , this movie was not bad but you need to understand Mandarin and Hokkien

in order to catch some of the meaning in this movie .

The ending was quite good as it is trying to tell us should not be addicted to gambling.

Overall rating : 7/10

Went to college today to sit for Moral exam . zzzz
I basically didnt study for it , so obvious rite ?? ^^
So I just happy go lucky and went in and stun when saw the first question .
Come on , first 10 questions I know none of it .
Aiya bother la , who cares , is oni moral .. hahahaa
So , I finish my paper within 10 mins and just sat there waiting for time to pass
I guess I'm just too bored so I started to text Xiu Qi . lol.
Went off around 12.15pm and headed over to Pyramid
Had lunch at MCD and went for movie around 2pm

We watched :

Rating : 6/10

And half way through out the movie , Xiu Qi texted me .
Reason : to accompany her to the ladies .. hahaah.. so cute of her la ^^
Basically till the end of the movie , I still bit blur blur .
Some of the scene is freaking gross... euwwwww....
Kay la , I know some of u guys dowan me to continue d .. XD
Wont spoilt the exciting moments k ?? =)


Bought a clutch from Bonita today for a wedding coming up .
Bonita is currently having sale bcoz I think is new outlet .

Wont be updating so often bcoz finals is just 1 MONTH AWAY !!!
I'm so not prepared .. zzzzz
Mum summor ask me when I got holidays . She wanna bring me to Singapore . T.T
I wanna go so badly so pray for me it doesnt clash with any of my exams .

p/s : I so so wanna try out Krispy Kreme doughnuts !!!!!

Nice one guys !

woke up when my phone vibrates . check the time , it is only 9.41am
lol . coz i planned to wake up late since not going to college
read the msg wif my eyes half open . saw is from Xiu Qi
So end up helped her to check movie timing .
And took train to Subang Jaya to meet up with them

We went and watch movie at Pyramid

the poster might look like nothing but it is a thriller .
overall its kinda scary when see how they murder people
some of our frens were very scare and tot of cabut lari d half way through the movie
but everyone stay till the movie ends .
during the movie, some cover with hands , some with jackets , some pinch the beside ones

Rating for the movie : 7/10
Scariness : jack rate 11/10 XD

A Perfect Getaway ~

Went to Pyramid for movie today with Xiu Qi , Nic and Pauline
Decided to watch this :

A Perfect Getaway
Rating : 6/10

It is not a horror movie but like a thriller movie .
After the movie ends , we still blur blur at some parts of the movie .
In the car , still busy auditting the movie y like this y like that . XD
Went to MCD for ice cream and went back home after that .

Sry for not updating blog this few days .
was not feeling well . not h1n1 . dun wry ^^
